Villa in Brezzo di Bedero with a beautiful Mediterranean style garden and wonderful views over Lake Maggiore, Italy.

This private holiday house is built on 2 floors and sleeps up to 6 people. The spacious, large-windowed living room is tastefully furnished, with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. The cosy sitting area features comfortable couches, satellite TV, open fireplace and a dining area with access to the garden. There is a small TV room with a bar and double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and microwave, a bathroom and a toilet. Going down the internal staircase you’ll find two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower, and a laundry room with washing machine and enclosed shower.

The balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. You can enjoy al fresco dining on the covered terrace which provides an outside fireplace and table. The large, sunny garden provides a well-kept green lawn with beautiful plants, flowers and trees. The property is completely fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate. Covered parking space is available.

This villa is quietly situated in a residential area of Brezzo di Bedero, 1 km from the shores of the lake. Nearby are the charming lake front villages of Germignaga, Porto Valtravaglia and Caldè with its charming beach. The lively town of Luino is only6 km away, and boasts the largest open market of Northern Italy. In Laveno (12 km) you can easily hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the lake (regular schedule towards Verbania, Stresa and the Borromeo islands).
