Adorable villa, with pool, in Leggiuno close to Lake Maggiore, Italy. In this south-facing villa you can enjoy the sun all day long in the pleasant green garden, and enjoy a cooling dip in the villa's private swimming pool.

- On the spacious, open main floor are the very stylish and tastefully furnished living room and kitchen. The beautifully bright living room enjoys large windows, comfortable couches and an open fireplace, and the fully-equipped kitchen allows access to the terrace and garden. On this floor there is also the first double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
- Following the stairs up to the first floor you’ll find a second double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower, and an open attic lounge area with single sofa bed and TV.

The garden around the house is particularly inviting, with a built-in barbecue ideal for preparing delicious summer feasts, and a covered terrace complete with outdoor furniture (table and chairs) for relaxing in the shade. The large swimming pool (10x5m) and the surrounding green garden are bordered to the front by high, thick hedges guaranteeing you a private, relaxed and luxurious stay.

This private vacation villa is quietly positioned up on the hillside within walking distance (100m) of Sangiano (locality of Leggiuno) village centre, where you will find with a local bakery selling delicious breads and pastries, a small supermarket, bars and a restaurant. Only 2 km away, is the lakeside town of Arolo with its cute little beach and lakefront promenade. Nearby, Cerro is known for its sandy beach and lakefront summer bar. Day trips can easily be made to the famous monastery of Santa Catarina, built into the cliffs of the lake, the towering castle at Angera, and the charming, picturesque town of Laveno. From Laveno, you can easily hop on any ferry and explore the lake at your leisure (regular schedule towards Verbania, Stresa and the magical Borromeo islands) The Laveno railway station connects you easily with Milan city centre and the provincial town of Varese.
