Detached holiday house in Porto Valtravaglia with a pleasant lawned garden and lovely views over Lake Maggiore, Italy.

This private house, accommodating up to 9 people, is conveniently structured on one floor and furnished as a typical holiday home: it has basic but comfortable furnishings and is equipped with all modern comforts to ensure a carefree, relaxing vacation.

The spacious living room with large windows contains a double sofa bed, comfortable couches, satellite TV, DVD player, open fire place and piano. Small separate kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with single beds and one children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. An extra single bed can be added if required. Bathroom with bathtub and enclosed shower.

Outside you’ll find a spacious covered terrace with dining table and chairs. The house has a large garden with green lawn and deck chairs from where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the lake.

This property is situated in the residential outskirts of the lakefront village of Porto Valtravaglia, with its charming little village centre only 1.5 km away, where you will find a few bars and restaurants, a marina and ferry port, and a small beach by the lake. The lively town of Luino is located only 8 km away, and boasts the largest open market of Northern Italy. In Laveno (11 km) you can easily hop on any ferry to explore the wonders of the lake at your leisure (regular schedule towards Verbania, Stresa and the spectacular Borromeo islands).
