Charming house near Arona in a peaceful setting with views over Lake Maggiore.

This holiday house (160 m²) accommodates up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms: The bright and very spacious living room features a sitting corner with cozy couches, TV and open fireplace, dining area with table seating for 6 and a study lounge with library. There is a lot of natural light coming in thanks to the large windows with great lake views. Separate fully equipped kitchen. All on the same level with the rest of the house are the 4 bedrooms: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with twin beds and two bedrooms with single bed. There are 2 bathrooms each with tub and separate shower enclosure.

Its tranquil setting on a hillside with views over a beautiful valley down to Lake Maggiore is ideal for a relaxing and idyllic family vacation. This vacation home is surrounded by a large green garden (3000m²) with fruit trees and a covered patio with stone table and chairs: soak up the panoramic view and enjoy your Italian ‘Dolce Vita’ holiday. Next to the living room is a covered terrace for alfresco dining during the warm summer days.

Please note that the friendly owner lives in an apartment under the house but uses a separate entrance and will not interfere with your stay. She’ll be happy to provide you with tips and local information about the region.

The house is situated away from the frenzy of the lake in the small village Dagnente with nearby a few bars and restaurants. Yet it is very close to the town of Arona (4 km) with a beautiful lakeside promenade and many more shops, pubs and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona's railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan and only 15 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands.
