Beautiful luxury villa in Belgirate with swimming pool and sweeping views over Lake Maggiore, Italy.

Close to the popular tourist town of Stresa on the western shore of the lake, this private vacation villa offers bright, spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people, boasting a panoramic position up on the hill with stunning views of the lake. The property also includes a pleasant garden (1500 m²) containing olive and palm trees, complete with a large salt water (no chlorine) swimming pool (5x14m).

This large, luxurious villa (300 m²) sleeps up to 10 people over 2 floors:
- On the upper floor (street level) is a very spacious living room with sitting area and large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a panoramic terrace with table for outside dining. This floor also provides two double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub).
- On the lower floor (garden level) is a second large living room with dining table (14 people), kitchen, triple bedroom (double and single beds), one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

It is also possible to request an additional single bed. There is a separate laundry room with a washing and drying machine, and satellite TV and wireless internet are available.

If you are a smaller group, the villa can also be rented, at a reduced rate, for up to 5 people (except in high season) by opening only the upper floor. The lower floor would not then be accessible.

This amazing holiday villa is peacefully located between Belgirate and Stresa, the latter being the most popular tourist town of Lake Maggiore with many shops, restaurants and a beautiful promenade along the lake. From there you can hop on any ferry boat and explore Lago Maggiore, its magical islands, and the natural beauty of both Italy and Switzerland. Easy one day trips are possible to the cities of Milan and Lugano, the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, or trekking in the nearby mountain valleys.
