Beautiful vacation villa in Cannero Riviera with breathtaking views over Lake Maggiore, Italy.

A real gem! This south-facing villa offers comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to 6 people where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Enjoying a panoramic position upon the hills the villa provides incredible views over the lake, and includes a pleasant garden nestled between palm trees and a vineyard.

This private holiday home comfortably accommodates 6 people over 2 levels:
• On the main floor is a bright and tastefully furnished living room with sitting corner and designer dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and panoramic terrace with table for outside dining. On this level you will find one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub.
• On the garden level you will find a second double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a relaxing lounge with TV and garden access.

Fire up the barbecue, enjoy 'al fresco' dining on the panoramic terrace and lay back and relax in one of the sun loungers. The large garden is an ideal playground for children: football, table tennis table and badminton rackets are all available. Inside there are video games, children videos, books and many board games.

This sunny villa is situated close to Cannero Riviera (1 km) with its many shops, restaurants and the best beach of Lake Maggiore. From here you can catch the ferry and explore Lago Maggiore and its fascinating islands in both Italy and Switzerland. Only 6 km away is the charming lake town of Cannobio where you can sip coffee in the beautiful town square or admire the lake from the lakefront promenade. Within easy reach are the cities of Verbania, Ascona, Locarno, Lugano and Milan. Nearby, you can visit the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta or simply enjoy walking in the nearby mountain valleys.
