Attractive lakeside villa in Lesa with pool and beach at Lake Maggiore, Italy.

The holiday villa (220 m²) can accommodate up to 9 persons in 5 bedrooms:
On the main floor is a spacious living room with fireplace, couches and TV, a bright dining room with table and a separate kitchen. Internet wireless available.
On the first floor are the 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower): 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony, 3 twin bedrooms (beds can be joined), 1 single bedroom.
Outside is a covered terrace with table and barbeque.

This vacation home is surrounded by a large fenced garden bordering at the lake with a lovely green lawn and various beautiful flowers and plants. There is a large swimming pool (12x6m) overlooking Lake Maggiore and a sauna. A private buoy for anchoring your boat is available. Next to the garden is a small public beach accessed through a little gate.

Peacefully located in a residential area of Lesa, half-way between Arona (7 km) and Stresa (10 km), it’s the ideal starting point for visiting Lake Maggiore and surrounding nature. There is a sports club at 200m from the house with fitness center, large outdoor swimming pool and tennis fields. Within walking distance (500m) you’ll find the charming lakefront village of Lesa with grocery shops as well as a variety of restaurants and cafés. From Belgirate (2 km) you can take a ferry to explore Lake Maggiore, its magical islands and its natural beauty from Italy to Switzerland.
