This luxury holiday villa (200m²) can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms:
- On the main floor is a spacious and bright living room with dining table, comfortable couches and open fireplace. It’s stylishly furnished and has all modern conveniences as satellite TV, wireless internet, DVD. Separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with tub. Bathroom with shower and Turkish bath
- On the first floor are 2 more twin bedrooms (beds can be joined together). Bathroom with shower

The house is set in an elevated position with impressive views over Lake Maggiore. Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with table and chairs, a lovely garden with manicured lawn and a swimming pool (4,5 x 9m) with sun loungers. Covered parking space available. All this in your own exclusive privacy: the entire property (1000m²) is fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate.

The vacation villa is situated upon a hill at 4 km from the charming town of Arona with a beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona's railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan and only 15 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or trekking in the nearby mountain valleys.
