This charming vacation villa, which provides an extraordinary panorama of the lake and surrounding mountains, has been recently renovated, using original materials, into a luxury estate - perfect for idyllic year-round living and holidays. The house is surrounded by a beautifully lawned garden (1300 m²) and allows direct access to your own private beach and to the lake. Soaking up the sun, taking a dip in the swimming pool (8x4m) or enjoying a picnic or barbecue amongst the shade of the trees, you will be intoxicated by the beauty of the place.. All this in your own exclusive privacy: the entire property is fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate.

This spacious holiday villa (200 m²) comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The first floor of the villa includes a double bedroom, small twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and dining table with views over Lago d'Orta, stylish living room with fireplace and satellite TV. On the lower floor is a large lounge area with a second small kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Upon request an extra single bed (for children) can be added on the lower floor. Wireless internet available.

There is a boat club adjacent to the villa where you can hire sailing boats or have your own boat brought into the water and anchored. Also included in the price of the villa is a private garage parking space in the charming and popular tourist town of Orta San Giulio (2 km) where you'll find many hotels, enticing restaurants and shops selling traditional Italian handicrafts and food. From the picturesque main square you can hop on one of the many boats to visit the nearby island of Isola San Giulio, or to take a tour and discover the full beauty of the lake. Other fascinating day trips will take you to Lake Maggiore (30 minutes drive to Stresa), the nearby Alpine mountains, the famous Piemonte wine region, or the classic Italian cities of Turin and Milan.

In Orta San Giulio (2 km) you'll find many hotels, restaurants and shops with Italian handcrafts and food. From the beautiful main square you can easily hop on a boat ride to go the island Isola San Giulio or a tour around the lake Orta. Other interesting visits around include Lake Maggiore (30 minutes drive to Stresa), the nearby Alps mountains, the famous Piemonte wine region, the Italian cities Turin, Milan.
