This characteristic residence is peacefully located in walking distance of the center of the town (100m) and the ski pistes (200m) of the ski area Milky Way (Via Lattea). This is the biggest ski resort of Italy with more then 400 km of ski slopes: from Sauze d’Oulx, Cesana, Sansicario, Sestriere, Claviere in Italy to Montgenevre in France. Sestriere (2035m) is the capital town of the Milky Way area with the best ski pistes and facilities: 120 km of excellent pistes up to the Mountain Motta at 2800m. It hosted the Olympic Games of Turin 2006. Nice extra feature: you can ski by night until 22.00 with artificial lighting on the “Giovanni Alberto Agnelli” piste (used for the World Cup). The valley is directed towards the south enjoying the sun all day long (webcam).

In the lively town center of Sestriere are many shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants with the typical Italian specialties of the Piemonte area. It offers a good nightlife in many pubs and has the best discotheque of the area.

The residence has 22 vacation apartments, chalet-style furnished in wood, offering a warm mountain atmosphere. The ski apartments have all modern comfort as satellite TV and wireless internet and have a kitchen corner equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Two apartments are adapted for disabled people. Extra services offered are covered parking space, ski deposit directly at the skipistes, extra cleaning and change of linen, shuttle bus.

In the summer the valley attracts many hikers and nature lovers due to its rich and varied natural surroundings in three national parks. There are many activities and events: football, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, fishing, swimming pool and a 18 hole golf course in the center.
