Marvellous villa in Trarego Viggiona with wide views over Lake Maggiore.

This elegant holiday house is composed over 2 floors accommodating up to 8 people. This is not your typical holiday rental as the owner, moved out recently, has been living himself here for a long time. The lovely decorated interior will make you feel right at home in a cosy living room with open fireplace, comfortable couches and satellite TV. Charming full equipped kitchen. Bathroom with large tub. Upstairs you’ll find the 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The outside area features a large terrace with outdoor furniture and great views over Lago Maggiore. Behind the villa is a long outbuilding with pizza/bread oven and BBQ grill, and laundry room with bathroom. Parking in 2 garages available.

The vacation villa is located at the edge of the little village Trarego Viggiona in a tranquil location. In walking distance are a few bars, small supermarket and restaurants serving traditional food from this lake-mountain area. The village (770m) lies on the slopes of Monte Carza (1116m) and is surrounded by meadows and woods, it is a well known starting point for trekking and mountain biking itineraries with an enviable panorama over Lake Maggiore. Down to Cannero Riviera (8km) you’ll find the lively life of the lake: beaches, watersports and cute lakeside villages.
