Recently, the farmhouse has been completely restored with great attention to the detail, maintaining its traditional Tuscan character. The house has been divided into 3 comfortable and charming apartments, each accommodating up to 6 persons:
- apartment Ulivo (70 mē): (main floor) living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, terrace
- apartment Quercia (64 mē): (main floor) living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace
- apartment Ginestra (70 mē): (first floor) living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace
Two extra single beds can be added for a maximum of 6 people. Each apartment has a private terrace with outdoor table and chairs. WiFi internet connection available.
Located on a hill of a wonderful estate (16 ha), this holiday property has breath taking views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The apartments are set in a beautiful park, surrounded by cypress trees and olive groves. The vast estate features a large swimming pool (12x6m) situated in a lawn area surrounded by suitable deck chairs with tables, and sun beds with umbrellas. There is a barbecue area, a small chapel, a child swing and many other things for you to discover in this lovely place!
The friendly owners live in another house in the same property, approximately 50m from the apartments. They are ready to meet every demand and to offer you the finest service while at the same time respecting your privacy: they will not interfere with your stay but will be happy to provide you with tips and local information about the region.
The vacation apartments are very peacefully situated in the heart of the Tuscany region on the rolling hills between the Chianti region and Val di Chiana. Located near the charming town of Monte San Savino (6 km) in a central position for reaching all of the most interesting places to see such as Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano, Perugia in less than an hour.
