Beautiful villa for large groups with swimming pool in Tuscany, Italy.

The holiday villa has been recently renovated with great care into its original Tuscany style and can host a total of 21 guests in high standard and modern comfort. It’s an ideal location for a large group, a family reunion, business incentive or an exclusive wedding in one of the most beautiful Chianti areas.

The villa is structured on two floors with 7 bedrooms for a maximum of 20 persons: 3 bedrooms with double bed and another 4 bedrooms with double bed and the possibility to add 1 or 2 single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have all modern comforts as satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone and mini fridge.

On the main floor is a common lounge area with comfortable couches. Wireless internet is available. Access to the terrace with outdoor table and chairs. In the garden with sunny green lawn is a large swimming pool for a refreshing swim and sun loungers for enjoying the sun and a perfect relaxing vacation. Private parking secured with an electronic gate.

Please note that there is no kitchen available and that there is a restaurant on the main floor of the house (open every evening except Monday). The area upstairs of the bedrooms is of exclusive use of the guests. The restaurant offers an excellent cuisine specialising in typical Tuscany dishes.

On request Chianti tours can be organized: wine tours and visits to local wine cellars, guided mountains bike tours, balloon tours over the Tuscany landscape. More information upon request.

This large vacation villa is located on the hills of Chianti half way between Florence and Siena on the famous "Cassia" ancient roman road in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence). It has a strategic location from where it’s possible to visit the most important historical towns of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Badia a Passignano, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Volterra, Castellina in Chianti, Certaldo, Radda in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa.
