This private holiday villa (250 m²) sleeps comfortably 8 persons over 3 levels:
- The entrance on the first floor gives access to a spacious living room with wide lake view. The living area has an open fire place, couches and satellite TV and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with outdoor furniture and beautiful view on the lake and mountains. Toilet. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
- Leading the spiral stairs up to the second floor are three more bedrooms: lakeview spacious double bedroom, lakeview double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with tub, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with tub.
- The lower floor consists of a large lounge room with bar and pool table.

The house is surrounded by a garden with green lawn and a private garage. This vacation home is situated in a peaceful residential area in Cernobbio at 1 km from the very charming village center with shops, bars and restaurants. There is a nice lakefront promenade, marina and ferry station. From there you can easily hop on any ferry to explore the Como lake. At 4 km is the lively town of Como with many shops. The train station of Como connects you with Milan city center.
