Charming house with its own private garden at the shores of the Como Lake, Italy.

This semi detached house (120m²) sleeps up to 6-7 persons over 2 levels:
- On the main floor is a spacious living room with comfortable couches and open fireplace, dining table with a view on the lake. Separate kitchen with all necessary equipment. Bathroom with shower.
- On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Two more bathrooms: one with large bathtub and one with shower.
Satellite TV and internet WiFi are available.

Beautiful lawned garden (70m²) at the shores of the lake with outdoor table, deckchairs and barbeque. There is direct access to the lake (shared with the house next door) for a refreshing swim.

The holiday house has a central position, ideal for exploring Lago di Como. Within walking distance in Lezzeno you’ll find some bars and restaurants. It’s only 8 km from the famous town of Bellagio (the ‘pearl’ of Lake Como) from where you can take the ferry to all parts of the lake.
