Villa Arolo - Lake Maggiore

Lovely holiday home with private pool in Arolo Leggiuno near Lake Maggiore, Italy.

The independent villa (150m²) accommodates up to 6 people:
- On the main floor is a well equipped kitchen, dining area with access to the terrace and sitting corner with couches and satellite TV.
- On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.60m), a bedroom with single bed and second extractable bed (together (2m x 1.60m), plus a bathroom with shower.
- On the second floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds (1.95m x 0.90m) and a bathroom with bathtub.

The house is surrounded by a garden (500m²) featuring a covered terrace with table and chairs and a swimming pool (7.5x4m) which is ideal for families with small children: the shallow end of the pool is 0.8m deep for kids to safely play and swim in (or for adults to sit in) and the deep end has a maximum depth of 1.6m.

This vacation villa is peacefully located in a cul-de-sac street within walking distance (900m) of the lakeside village of Arolo Leggiuno with its cute little beach and lakefront promenade. Day trips can easily be made to the famous monastery of Santa Caterina del Sasso, built into the cliffs of the lake, the towering castle La Rocca at Angera, and the charming, picturesque town of Laveno. From Laveno, you can easily hop on any ferry and explore the lake at your leisure (regular schedule towards Verbania, Stresa and the magical Borromeo islands) The Laveno railway station connects you with Milan city centre and the provincial town of Varese.
